How to Post an Ad

Posting an ad on Kasooq is quick and hassle-free! Before you create your ad, ensure you have signed into your registered Kasooq account by selecting Sign In. If you are an unregistered user, you can register an account easily prior to posting. As a new user, make sure to confirm your account by following the instructions in the email sent right after you sign up.

To post an ad:

  1. Select the Post Ad button found at the top of Kasooq page.
  2. Fill in as much of the required fields as possible to increase visibility.
  3. Once you’ve filled in all relevant details, click Post Your Ad at the bottom of the page.

Why is The Post Ad Button Not Working?

If the Post Ad button is not working then:

  1. Try using a different device.
  2. Try using a different browser like google chrome.
  3. Try emptying your browser cache here for chrome users or here for safari users.

Why Can't I Post My Ad?

If you’re unable to submit your ad, you may see the message "Please fix the errors on the page." This message is shown when there is an issue with the information entered into one or more of the fields. Scroll down to see which sections are highlighted in red.

If you've missed a mandatory field, you will need to fill it out before you can post. If it is filled out but you are still receiving an error, double check what you have entered. Note: Number fields will not accept other symbols such as dollar signs or letters. Enter prices, kilometers, and other such units as numbers only.

If you're able to submit the ad but an error message appears at the top of the page, you may have previously posted one or more ads that go against our Terms of Use and Posting Policies.

Why Can't I Find My Ad Post?

If you can’t find your ads, don’t stress! 

  1. If your ad is active but you can’t find it on the site, remember to include your local area as well as your ad’s category in the search bar. Looking in too wide an area or category can make even highly ranked ads hard to find.
  2. If you’re using keywords and still cannot find your ads, remember that keywords need to be exact. Double check that the words you’re using to search are actually included in your ad, and are spelled the same way.
  3. Ads can be inactive after creation for a few different reasons. The good news is that you’ll be able to get your ad up and running in no time!
  4. Delayed Ad: It can take up to 12 hours for ads to go through our system before they are posted on Kasooq. This is a normal part of the posting process and your ad should be posted automatically afterwards; this also may apply to some edited ads.
  5. On Hold: If your ad is placed on hold by our customer service team, you should receive an email that explains the reason.
